On the Publisher
Although formally retired, Professor Kadri Kryeziu has chosen to re-engage in public discourse as a concerned citizen. His return is motivated by the visible erosion of institutional and intellectual capacity in managing constitutional crises, and by the risks such erosion poses to Kosovo’s democratic stability and its relations with key international partners.
